In recent years, by vigorously promoting the branding strategy, Zhengzhou garments have transformed from processing of imported materials to design and production of branded garments, from decentralized and workshop-style production to high concentration and specialized production, from single-variety products to serialized garments. The brand agglomeration effect and influence are rapidly increasing.

 

Up to now, a number of well-known local brands such as Lingxiu·Meng Shuya, Yalida, Yiyang, Fireworks, Happy House, and Gloria have been formed, including Leading·Meng Shuya, Dusen, and Yalida. Six brands, such as Tai Kesi, were awarded China's well-known trademarks. For the 9th consecutive year, the city organized garment enterprises to participate in the China International Apparel and Fashion Fair. The status of Zhengzhou City's “Textile and Apparel City” and “China's Pants Capital” has gradually been recognized.

 

Through the new online retail sales model of “online + offline”, the textile and garment enterprises in our city are actively exploring new market channels. Leading Show·Meng Shuya cooperated with “Tradelink” under the Peking University Sequoia Group to improve R&D and order accuracy through online big data information. In 2017, the store's performance increased by 20%, and the first half of this year increased by 18%. The “Cool Cloud-Women Industry Internet” invested by Yang has built a comprehensive industrial platform integrating supply chain, manufacturing chain, e-commerce distribution, crowdfunding, industrial finance and sharing economy, and explored a “tradition”. The new path of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises + the Internet has become the leading enterprise in the personalized customization of the national apparel industry.

 

In order to strengthen the creative design capacity of the garment industry, Henan Jinyi Light Textile Development Co., Ltd. established the Zhongyuan Fashion Textile Home Innovation and Entrepreneurship Industry Incubation Base, which gathered the nation's outstanding innovative talents and created the Zhongyuan Garment Independent Design Brand. Zhengzhou Banner Fashion Design Co., Ltd. established the flag textile and garment creative design test platform, becoming the first professional organization in Henan dedicated to the design of clothing brand products and brand development, and won the title of Henan Province Fashion Innovation Product Design Engineering Laboratory. Relying on well-known fashion brands, Zhengzhou has held four series of activities such as the Central Plains International Fashion Week and two sessions of Zhengzhou Fashion Buyers' Festival, actively creating a fashion publishing platform for domestic and foreign brands and designers, and a platform for the exchange of fashion trends in the Central Plains region. The overall development of the Zhengzhou garment industry chain has enhanced the image of Zhengzhou city.
